Meet The Chairman
Rikas Usman
CHAIRMAN
Honours degree in Telecommunication& Network engineering at Middlesex University London.Mr. Rikas founded Xplosa Corporation in 2015 as CEO in Kandy, Sri Lanka. He progressed through a number of domestic and international businesses with Xplosa Corporation.
In 2018, Mr. Rikas was appointed Managing Director of Xplosa Corporation Company where he managed drive sales & businesses to next level. In 2020, he was named Xplosa FMCG Company’s director in Sri Lanka.In 2021, he was appointed President of Xplosa Corporation, based in Kandy, Sri Lanka.
Effective January 1, 2021, Mr. Rikas was appointed Director of Xplosa Corporation and a member of the board of directors.The Xplosa Board of Directors elected Mr. Rikas as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, effective January 1, 2022.
Since joining Xplosa Corporation, Rikas Usman has played a crucial role in the continued success of the company. Their exceptional skill set, true passion and creativity has inspired massive growth.
